Admissions: Acceptance Agreement
Congratulations on being accepted to Douglas Anderson School of the Arts!
In order to plan for next year, we need to hear back from you on your acceptance. Please download the 2013-2014 Acceptance Agreement below and mail or fax it back to us.
The acceptance agreement is not necessary until you find out that you have been accepted. It should not be included in your initial audition packet.
